This large Unidentified (formerly thought to be the Arno shape) pitcher from the 1890s stands 9-1/2" tall and has a capacity of nearly 3 quarts.  It is one of the scarcest pieces in my collection. The Arno line itself is very scarce and a real challenge to collect - and only recently precisely identified.  Early large items such as this pitcher are are especially desirable as they are not as likely to have survived being used for the past 100+ years.  The stylized bird-of-paradise decal is present on both sides. The tail feathers curve around and transform into various flowers and leaves. Note the little "face figure" at the top of the handle!

If you have or know of information to identify this shape, please let me know!
